Chapter Advisory Board A lpha Chi Omega celebrated the next chapter in our history this fall with the dedication of our new headquarters building in October. The new headquarters, which houses AXO Fraternity, the AXO Foundation, the AXO National Housing Corporation and Pearl Stone Partners, is just down the street from the previous location in Indianapolis. The new home proudly displays our heritage, archives and branding, honors our generous donors through interactive and ever- evolving displays and is set up for today's working environment. "Our sisters share a common bond as they connect, lead, grow and serve all across the country, and now we'll be able to share a new space," said National President Lynne Biggio Herndon, Alpha Upsilon '84. "Our seventh headquarters is a new home for our sisterhood as we all work together to further the vision of Alpha Chi Omega." Alpha Chi Omega Opens New Headquarters A lpha Nu was well represented by collegians and alumnae at Alpha Chi Omega's 61st national convention in July in Bellevue, Wash., a suburb just east of Seattle. The theme was "Together," which was appropriate since the 2020 convention was cancelled due to the pandemic. It was very special to BE TOGETHER. There were a variety of speakers and break-out sessions. The dinners each night were amazing times of reconnecting, Alpha Chi songfests and awards. Chloe Lykken '20, chapter president, and Paige Weckherlin '20, VP public relations and marketing, represented the chapter well. Also attending were Julie Erselius Abeln '84, president of Alpha Nu's House Corporation Board and president of Sigma Sigma St. Louis Alumnae Chapter, and Bev Wood Nichols '75, HCB vice president and president of Mu Mu Kansas City Alumnae Chapter. Bev also wore Alpha Nu's centennial sash, marking 100 years at Mizzou. Alpha Nu received the Seeking the Heights - Chapter Growth award. Sigma Sigma won two awards: Seeking the Heights - Philanthropy and Seeking the Heights - Promoting Alpha Chi Everyday (PACE). Mu Mu was honored with the Seeking the Heights awards for efforts in Sisterhood and Membership Engagement. Kristin Donnell '08 once again led the convention choir with her beautiful voice. Mark your calendars! The 62nd national convention will be held July 12-14, 2024 in Indianapolis, Ind. COMING TOGETHER AT 2022 NATIONAL CONVENTION Alpha Nu Well Represented and Honored
