Box 442100 Lawrence, KS 66044-2100 Address Service Requested MEMORY AND OUR MYSTIC SHRINE Bob Poor '61 entered Our Mystic Shrine on July 25, 2022, aer a monthlong battle with COVID-19 and subsequent complications. Bob was known as a caring and humorous brother, a faithful and committed husband, a devoted and loving father, and a super-fun and adventurous "BopBop." He will be remembered most for his service to others; sense of adventure; love of trains, boats, the Great Lakes, and skiing; and his overall zeal for life. He lived his one life to the fullest! omas Faulkner '63 entered Our Mystic Shrine on January 10, 2022. Tom graduated with a bachelor's degree in pharmacology and continued his graduate studies at Purdue while serving in the Air Force National Guard. During that time, he met and married Susan Brisach, who preceded him in death in 2004. Tom worked in the College of Pharmacy at Texas Southern University followed by Ohio Northern University, where he was involved in multiple research projects and articles; he retired in 2006. In 2012, Tom rekindled a high school romance with Pat Skalski. He is survived by Pat, two daughters, and two grandchildren. ALUMNI NEWS Howard "Bud" Harman '51 is 96 and widowed, but still lives in his house by himself in Bedford, Ind. He has some heart problems but keeps active and still drives himself everywhere. His grandson graduated from Purdue this year, and Bud attended the ceremony. Email: hharmantwo@aol.com Tom Ewing '72 is retired and volunteers in radio reading for the blind throughout Allen County, Indiana. He lives in Roanoke, Ind. Email: tcewing@comcast.net Steve W. Krein '72 continues to practice hip and knee replacement surgery. He also had his own knee replaced in mid-July! Steve lives in Kingsport, Tenn., and hopes to retire next August. He traveled to the beaches of Normandy in September. Email: swkrein@gmail.com Stephen Morris '75 has moved from Texas to Crossville, Tenn., near the Smoky Mountains. John and his wife, Caitlin, then decided to move from San Diego to Charleston, S.C. ey bought a house on Johns Island, and John now works at Boeing Research and Technology.
