CREATING THE PREMIER
FRATERNITY EXPERIENCE AT DRAKE
S
ince 1948, SigEp has been at the heart of Greek life at Drake University. All alumni
can be proud of the legacy we have helped create and the enduring quality of our
Chapter. Over the years, Iowa Delta has influenced the lives of more than 1,100 men while
cultivating lasting friendships in the process. Many of our best college memories can be
traced back to our SigEp experience.
Through SigEp, we learned the importance of virtue, diligence, and brotherly love, which
helped us learn and grow as young men. We also acquired valuable assets, including
leadership skills, organizational skills, social skills, teamwork, and character—only the
beginning of a long list of traits gained through our Fraternity that have made us the men
we are today. Because of this, many of our alumni have distinguished themselves as leaders
in their professions and communities, and many credit their fraternal experience as a
significant contributor to their development.
NOW IS THE TIME
Our Chapter House at 1243 34th Street has been the focus of undergraduate life for SigEp
since 2001. Whether you lived at 34th Street or in one of the many Chapter Houses we
occupied before 2001, the SigEp house has served as a home away from home for young
men and as a classroom where brothers learn the value of brotherhood and community.
Our organization has seen a great amount of success over the past 72 years, and we
are dedicated to ensuring that this excellence continues for years to come. Now is the
appropriate time to secure our future.

Your donation today, allows future brothers to have the experience that you
had. Our red door only remains open to the Drake community when the
best men walk through it; become better from it and then give back to it.
