Quartzsite Town Park is 80 acres, located on N. Plymouth Ave. Town
Park features: Dog Park,
Disc Golf Course, Bocci Ball, Skate Park,
RC Air Strip, Horseshoes, Snack Shack, RC Auto Track, Baseball
Field, Basketball Court, Pickleball, Community Center, Metal
Detecting Area, Pavilion & Dance Slab, Children's Playground,
Hiking & Exercise Trails, and Celia's Rainbow Gardens. And
coming soon is a 2,500 sq. ft. Splash Pad and park improve-
ments! The Town of Quartzsite recently added a new large dog
section at the Dog Park. The Disc Golf Course is a popular flat
9-hole desert course surrounding Celia's Rainbow Gardens.
Celia's Rainbow Gardens is a free botanical garden
created
in honor of Paul and Joanne's daughter Celia, who
died at age
8. For over 20 years the Town and volunteers have built this
garden of memories- a must see for visitors!
Jim Colwell Field is a 530 x 40 ft. paved main runway & a
paved crosswind runway. Desert RC Flyers is an AMA Charter
Club holds an Annual Fun Fly each February.
The Community Center is open Monday thru Friday
and is
available for special events. Located at 295 E. Chandler, exer-
cise equipment is available for $1/day.
