216 carries for 1,529 yards and 23 touchdowns.
… Ran the ball 38 times for 279 yards and five
touchdowns in the 7A-West Conference season
opener against Springdale Har-Ber. … Scored on a
52-yard run with 1:13 remaining to give the Tigers
a wild 56-49 victory over Rogers in a game where
he finished with 27 carries for 233 yards and four
touchdowns. … Caught only six passes for 86 yards, but
one of them was a 61-yarder for a score against Conway. …
Has set a goal of 2,000 yards and 30 TDs this fall. … Has
received offers from Army, Tulane, Memphis, Illinois State,
Pittsburg State and other smaller NCAA Division I schools.
THAT'S WHAT HE SAID "I think the past two years
starting on varsity have prepared me for this season, and I
think I'll have a breakout season as a senior. I have more
experience and know the plays better. I think we may be
more ground and pound and running the football more
physically. I'll be coming through the hole faster, and our
offense will be more hit and run."
