CLAss CAnCeLLAtion / reFunD PoLiCy: When dropping/cancelling a class you Must contact the olli office at least five (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. a cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. no refund will be processed if the regis- tration is not cancelled at least five days prior to the first class session. refunds are processed once a month. Payments made by credit card will be re- funded back to the credit card account. Payments by cash or check will receive a refund check mailed to the home address. receipts will not be sent for refunds. *note: You will receive a full refund if olli has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc.). Memberships are non-refundable. Course eVALuAtions: following the final session of all courses participants will be sent an electronic evaluation form via email using google forms. Please complete these evaluations and provide honest and open feedback. the information collected on the evalua- tions is used by the instructors and cur- riculum committee to develop future courses.
