Join flip as he recounts his amazing adventure on his quest of inspiring others to float the entire Buffalo river during it's 50th national river anniversary. it's a trip anyone with some basic canoeing and camping skills can do. he will bring his canoe and display all the gear used throughout the journey. Benefits include increased immune function and improvement to sleep, mood, and memory. Participants will learn about the practice, additional health benefits, and be guided on a forest therapy walk. the walk provides opportunities for deep listening, silence, close observa- tion, and the option for the sharing of ex- periences. the walk ends with a closing tea ceremony. the forest therapy walk is slow and interactive with the use of in- vitations to enhance sensory awareness and to connect with nature and the more than human world. this class is flexible allowing for move- ment between the indoor and outdoor environments depending upon weather conditions. Participants will start by reading h.g. Participants will conclude with physically touring the production buildings. hopefully the hatchery will have some harvesting activ - ities in progress, but weather can often delay or otherwise change timing. Come prepared to walk and stand as seating is only available for a portion of the tour. tour time is 10:00-12:00, allow extra time for driving on your own.
