NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE WATER AND WASTEWATER RATES,
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES PURSUANT TO A.R.S. ยง 9-511.01
The Council of the Town of Quartzsite, La Paz County, Arizona, at a public meeting on May 24, 2022, adopted a motion to direct staff to
publish a Notice of Intention that the Town of Quartzsite intends to increase water and wastewater rates, fees and service charges and
to post on the Town's website, Quartzsite Town Hall & Quartzsite Library a copy of the report supporting such increases.
TOWN OF QUARTZSITE PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to members of the Quartzsite Common
Council and to the General Public that the Common Council
of the Town of Quartzsite, Arizona, will hold a Public Hearing
open to the Public on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.,
at the Quartzsite Town Hall, 465 N. Plymouth Avenue,
1/4 mile North of Main Street (B-10).
