With lessened COVID restrictions, we were able to have several in-person events this past fall. One highlight was finally being able to incorporate interactive activities with our new philanthropy of Mental Health Awareness. We partnered with the local Kentucky Center of Grieving Families and Children group to make blankets for them while a speaker talked with our members. We have Kappa Kookout coming up in April as our main philanthropy event of the semester. Our housemother, Miss Marcy, is going to cook burgers, hotdogs, and other delicious foods. Miss Marcy recently won House Director of the Year from Fraternity and Sorority Life! We also received an award from FSL for Outstanding Academic Excellence. In addition, Macy Nigh '19, who is a Panhellenic executive member, won Most Valuable Executive Member from UK Panhellenic! Regarding other campus clubs and activities, our own Reagan Dumke '20 won the Student Government Association senator position. Socially, we were able to have several date parties and sisterhood events, such as an event at Malibu Jack's, a coffee truck at the house, a private shopping event, and many more. Spring 2022 Bid Day was also a big hit, and it was so much fun celebrating our 10 COB women. We've had the best time celebrating so many occasions and being together as sisters this semester, and we can't wait for what is to come! Loyally, Mckinley Reed '19 President
