ingredients
• 4 cups of water
• 2 medium carrots, shredded
• 2 cups of oats
• 4 Tbsp of raisins
• 2 tsp of honey
• 1 tsp of vanilla
• ½ tsp of cinnamon
instructions
1. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling, add
shredded carrots and let boil for two
minutes.
3. Add oats and reduce to a simmer (low
heat) for 5 minutes.
4. Add raisins, honey, vanilla and
cinnamon.
5. Continue to simmer on low until all of
the liquid has soaked into the oats, about 5
more minutes.
6. Top with your favorite fruit or yogurt!

• 1 cup of fresh strawberries
• 1 cup of fresh mint
instructions
1. Add 8 cups of cold water to a large
pitcher.
2. Wash strawberries thoroughly.
3. Slice strawberries into halves.
4. Pull mint leaves off the stems.
5. Add both strawberries and mint
leaves to water.
6. Allow it to sit for 1 hour for flavors
to develop.
7. You can strain before serving, or
serve with the fruit and mint in the glass!
