Brothers came into this semester ready for recruitment with the future of the house in mind, and they knocked it out of the park. All 38 bids extended to freshmen and sophomores were accepted. New members have quickly learned what it means to be a Delt, as the active brothers in the house lead by example through their involvement on campus. BETA ZETA INFLUENCE ON BUTLER'S CAMPUS We have members involved in academic clubs and fraternities, religious organizations, club and intramural sports, honors programs, Butler Student Government Association, a cappella and choir, as house boys at multiple sorority houses, and in a variety of other philanthropic organizations. What makes this even more impressive is that, within most of these organizations, our Delts are serving in leadership positions. These members further cement us as leaders on campus. Brothers also remain active in a variety of on-campus events, including the Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Indiana and Butler University Dance Marathon benefiting Riley Children's Hospital. At both of these events last year, Beta Zeta was the top fundraising chapter and had the most active participants by far. Aside from on-campus organizations, Beta Zeta's commitment to philanthropic events has carried over to sorority philanthropies as well. Since the beginning of the year, we have won philanthropic weeks for Kappa Alpha Theta, Tri Delta, and Delta Gamma. In our most recent win for Delta Gamma, we had more than double the number of points of any other house, and we won both the king competition and lip- sync battle that took place during the week. SUPPORT BETA ZETA SPRING EVENTS With TRIKE week approaching on April 10-16 and our alumni event on April 23, the brothers of Beta Zeta Chapter are looking to carry on our fundraising success from previous years. With a goal of $50,000 for Riley Children's Hospital, we would love as much support as possible from alumni. We thank you for your support, and we can't wait to see you later this spring.
