THE NU'S 2 Χ Ω I am unbelievably honored to serve as president for Nu Chapter and delighted to update our alumnae with what Chi Omega has been up to this past semester. Coming back to campus in full effect has been incredible; we've loved reconnecting all our sisters in person for the first time since the spring of 2020. While many things in the world remain unknown and still reside outside of our control, Nu Chapter remains a consistent source of love, support, and sisterhood. We are beyond excited to update our incredible alumnae on all the wonderful things our Chapter has been able to accomplish so far! Fall semester has proved to be joyous, and our sisters have been filled with love, as we've had the chance to gather for in-person events. Due to COVID-19, many of us had never experienced in-person recruitment since going through the process ourselves; thus, morale was incredibly high throughout the entire recruitment period. We welcomed 92 outstanding new members into our Chapter, and we couldn't be happier! We are now the largest Chapter on UW-Madison's campus! After recruitment ended, we had our first sisterhood event where we rented out a movie theater to watch Dear Evan Hansen together. Everyone had such an incredible time singing along with their sisters. We were thrilled to welcome our parents back to Madison and spend the weekend eating delicious treats, exploring the scenic city, and having a wonderful brunch at the house. Many of our members' families attended the football game and cheered on the Badgers. To add to the excitement this semester has brought, our 2020 pledge class received their littles! It was such an incredible experience to watch them give the new members cute Chi O merchandise and see them connect with the newest of our Chapter. As you know, the big-little reveal is one of the most special experiences in Chi Omega, and we are so glad that everyone is so happy in their new families! To continue hosting and participating in exciting events, our current Cardinal Cabinet has been working hard, including a TurnStyle cycling class, a Comedy Club sisterhood event, and a handful of fun restaurant nights for Make-A- Wish. Our philanthropy chairmen have an online auction live right now to help us reach our goal of granting another wish; if you would like to contribute, visit https://chio.givesmart.com. Your loyalty to not only the Chapter, but also to our community, is invaluable. As always, we thank all those who have the means to contribute! We feel fortunate to have opportunities to connect with our alumnae by developing The Nu's with updates, photos, and new beginnings. Nu Chapter could not run without the help of our friends, family, advisors, and amazing alumnae. Thank you for your continued support. I cannot wait to see what this spring has in store for Nu!
