This grant will help fund the full concert season, which begins Nov. 19 at the Venice Performing Arts Center, and support The Symphony's new fundraising event, Brunch with Beethoven on Nov. 14. "Throughout this challenging time, Gulf Coast Community Foundation has continued to support the arts and The Venice Symphony," president and CEO Christine Kasten said. "Last season when we were unable to perform live, Gulf Coast generously provided funding for our free virtual concert series, allowing us to stay connected to our patrons and to share the Symphony with thousands of people around the world. Now, as we return to the concert hall, this grant allows The Symphony to bring renowned guest artists to our community and to reach more area students with our music education programs."
