Spiced Holiday Cookies FIGUE & CO. 1½ cups almond flour 2 tablespoons arrowroot 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cloves ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup coconut oil, melted ¼ cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses In a large mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients in into the dry mixture and stir to combine. Chile the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 350° fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Dollop 2 tablespoon sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on the edges and cracked and gooey in the centers.
