REPORT
Moving from
Grandview to Moro
O
ur House Corporation has been very
productive since the purchase of 801
Moro Street. In July, we sold our
old four-person house at 1904 Grandview
Drive. We were able to sell to someone in the
neighborhood without paying real estate fees!
A few weeks later, we moved the first Delta Chi
undergraduates into our new house.
At 801 Moro, we renovated one of the
bathrooms on the main floor to increase ADA
compliance level at the request of one of our
members. We also installed a basketball hoop
out back at the request of the chapter. Within
the first month, they held two barbecues and a
3-on-3 basketball tournament.
The House Corporation is working on plans for
the common space, and we expect to have those
completed by summer next year. We are very
excited about what the next year holds for Delta
Chi and 801 Moro St.

Dads Weekend Returns
I
n early October, we held a successful Dads Weekend. We tailgated with our dads, brothers, and
alumni before the KSU vs. OU game. Then catered a meal out back at 801 Moro while listening
to music and spending time with our dads. We had a great time showing our dads Manhattan,
K-State football, and our new house!
