locally owned businesses from throughout the state. Enjoy
guest speaker Cedric King and live music by Whiskey Pines.
Proceeds raised from this event will assist USO NC in provi-
ding events and services to military members and families.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11
RIDE FOR A WREATH
BRAGG HARLEY-DAVIDSON
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson and
the Rolling Thunder Chapter in
Fayetteville will be riding their bikes in order to help raise mo-
ney. All money collected will go towards wreaths for Wreaths
Across America for the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
The parade will stop at the Veterans Park before returning to
the Harley-Davidson store.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12
UNITED FOR VETERANS
SEGRA STADIUM
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
This event is a collaboration by
Cumberland County-based or-
ganizations to provide veterans with medical services and
health-related items. This event will be designed to empower
veterans and allow them to walk freely and to have a choice
in the services they are given that support their mental, emoti-
onal and physical well-being.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13
CITY MARKET AT THE MUSEUM
FAYETTEVILLE HISTORY MUSEUM
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
City Market at the Museum is
a year-round, open-air market
featuring local produce and artisans. Typical offerings include
blended teas, handmade pottery, soaps, soy candles, glass
beaded jewelry, handblown glass, tie dye, crystals, water-
colors, custom designs, cookies, muffins, specialty coffee,
music and much more.
VETERANS DAY BARN BASH
RICK'S PLACE
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Rick Herrema Foundation
is hosting a Barn Bash at Rick's
Place. This event provides military families and the surroun-
ding community the opportunity to enjoy our space with
fall-themed activities, music and food. They will host arts and
craft sessions, axe throwing and a veteran vendor fair. Event
takes place both Saturday and Sunday.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14
HERBALIST PLANT WALK
5208 CATALPA ROAD
4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
The Fayetteville Herbalists Without
Borders will be hosting an educati-
onal tour off Catalpa Road where they will teach about magnolia,
pine and sweetgum trees. Learn about their roots in culture and
medicinal applications. They recommend people bring a note-
book and a pen in order to document what they learn. Reservati-
ons can be made on Eventbrite and are required.
