Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup white Karo corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Bring sugar, heavy cream and white Karo corn
syrup to a boil.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(Be careful not to let boil over) Add vanilla.
Store in refrigerator. Heat as needed before serving.
Keeps several weeks.

Creamy WhIte ChIlI
Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch
cubes
• 1 medium onion; chopped
• 1½ tsp. garlic powder
• 1 T. vegetable oil
• 2 ( 15 ½ oz.) cans great northern beans; rinsed &
drained
• 1 (14 ½ oz.) can chicken broth
• 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
• ½ cup whipping cream
Directions:
In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onion and garlic
powder in vegetable oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add beans, chicken broth, chopped green chilies,
salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for
30 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and whipping
cream. Serve immediately. Makes 7 servings.
