Boil until the raisins are plump. (Set aside to cool.) Mix other ingredients for the cookie dough, then add the water and plump raisins. Grandma's Jumbo raisin cookies ingredients: • 1 cup butter • 2 cups sugar • 2 eggs • 1 cup sour cream • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 cups flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder Topping: • 1/2 cup pecan pieces • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 1/4 cup brown sugar directions: Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs then fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add other dry ingredients. Grease & flour bundt cake pan, spoon 1/3 of batter into pan. Layer 1/2 of topping Layer 1/3 of batter Layer other 1/2 of topping Layer remaining batter Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
