We are busy prepar- ing the 2021Tax Roll Certifi cation on behalf of Board of Supervisors to deliver to the Treasur- er's Offi ce for tax bill preparation. We are also busy preparing the Notices of Change in Assessment. In accordance with A.R.S. § 42-15105, the County Assessor is required to send you a supplemental Notice of Value for property that is valued by the Assessor in the case of new construction, additions to, deletions from, splits or consolidations of assessment parcels and changes in property use/legal classifi cation dur- ing the current valuation year. If you think this property has been improperly valued or classifi ed, you may fi le a petition with the County Board of Equalization within 25 days of the Notice Date. A PETITION FOR REVIEW OF NOTICE OF CHANGE, with fi ling instructions, can be obtained from the Asses- sor's Offi ce by telephone, mail, in person or our website at http://www.co.la-paz.az.us/150/As- sessor. Completed petitions for the Notice of Change must be fi led with the County Board of Equalization by the PETITION DEADLINE that will be listed on your notice.
