CLAss CAnCeLLAtion / reFund PoLiCY: • When dropping/cancelling a class you Must contact the olli office at least five (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. • A cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. • NO refund will be processed if the registration is not cancelled at least five days prior to the first class session. • Refunds are processed once a month. • Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card account.
