Having grown up in a military family,
Dinah Goodman says that service runs
through her blood. Her father was a
Special Forces soldier in the Army, and
her husband served 22 years in the
Army. She herself served in both the
Army and the Navy before retiring in
2016, so she has experienced the gamut
from being a military brat and military
spouse and now a veteran.
She became a personal trainer while
serving in the military and obtained
every certification she could, including
cycling, aerobics and personal training.
She had a passion for anything involving
fitness and even became a nutritionist.
Boone Trail Fit Body Boot Camp has
been open more than two years now
and has changed peoples' lives. Dinah
Goodman believes she is exactly where
she is supposed to be and loves meeting
"all the wonderful people who trust us
with their health and wellness needs."
