Men's HeAltH issue
In this issue of You at Your Best, we look at some factors that put men at
risk for chronic health conditions. Men are much less likely than women to
get regular check ups or watch what they eat, and more likely to use tobacco
products. And although stress affects both men and women, differences in
coping mechanisms and physiology can lead to higher stress levels in men.
Increased awareness and simple lifestyle changes can help men lead longer,
healthier lives.
