OMICRON UPDATE 7 T he Pledge Class of 2017 worked hard for four years and successfully met the unique challenges of the pandemic year. Their parents wanted to find a lasting way to recognize their sons' achievements and leave a senior-class gift to benefit KA members for years to come. They're hoping a senior-class gift becomes an Omicron tradition. Working with the housing corporation, the goal is to purchase furniture for the front porch to make it a welcoming place where members can relax and gather. Substantive, durable, porch furniture, in keeping with the Manor's stately architecture, has been sourced by the architect who designed the recent renovation work. It will add both beauty and function to the Manor's front porch. Thanks to the generous contributions from our seniors' families, almost $7,000 was raised to furnish the front porch. Below is a list of the parents who contributed to this campaign. We are all proud of the Pledge Class of 2017 and welcome them to the ranks of Omicron chapter alumni. It's time to celebrate all our seniors have achieved and we are excited to see that they are well on their way to whatever is next. Omicron is indebted to these men who helped lead our chapter during a pandemic and have made their mark on the chapter. They represent a snapshot of the leaders our chapter continues to produce, and we are so proud of them an all they have and will accomplish.
