While working together at a previous Fayetteville construction company, they formed a friendship and a business partnership. Critical Path Solutions LLC is a design build General Contractor located in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. Their office, which was designed by Julianne Harrelson, has been the talk of the town since their open house. DeGaetano is an avid duck hunter and dabbles in fishing and golf. Soucier's hobbies consist of metal fabricating, custom motorcycles and hot rods. They have different personalities, but they complement each other like "Tacos and Tuesdays." Both men say that they owe their growth in the industry to "The Team" and to the atmosphere in which they work. Neither has any immediate plans to grow their business any larger. DeGaetano believes that growing the business too rapidly would force them to improvise procedures to handle the influx of projects. "Right now, our operational process flows smoothly, and we can give our clients the full attention they need," he said. Delbert agrees. "We have a solid core group of team members here," he said. "We do not want to bring additional team members on too fast or demotivate our current team and make them feel less important." Although they prefer to stay under the radar, they have built some impressive projects. Critical Path Solutions LLC was the approved General Contractor that constructed Fayetteville's new FBI field office, the new Heckler Brewing facility - which was constructed in under nine weeks - a distribution center, a packaging facility addition and the continued expansion of Village Baptist Church on McPherson Church Rd.
