Since inception, Quality Sound has been engaged in the business of design, technical specification, sales, installation and service of electronic systems for audio and visual communications. They are expert in application engineering for church, school and residential environments. Mark pioneered the development of Computer Assisted Design programs that enabled users to predict sound system performance BEFORE installation, which led to many happy church customers. Founder Mark Lynch is a former US Army Officer and Aviator. He is a CEDIA Certified Professional AV System Designer and registered Outreach Instructor. His work ethic and body of work compelled him to give back to the community through a series of community service involvements. A life-long Rotarian, Mark served as Governor of NC District 7730 in 2011-12. He has been on numerous boards and commissions. Mark was the charter treasurer for the Vietnam Veterans of America in 1978. He was the chair of the Cumberland County Board of Adjustment from 1994-2000 and on the Habitat for Humanity and Cape Fear Botanical Garden Board of Directors. More recently Mark Lynch was on the Cumberland County Coliseum Commission and is currently on the Community Concerts Board. Mark is the current Chairman of the Fayetteville Regional Airport Commission. He and his mother, Lucy Warren Chambers, are the third- and fourth-generation owners of the business.
