Since 1954, Putt-Putt ® Golf has provided unique recreation for families to enjoy and participate in together within a competitive and wholesome environment. The iconic brand launched its redesigned family entertainment concept, Putt-Putt Fun Center ® , on the outskirts of the Town of Hope Mills in 2010. This concept includes many other activities, such as go-karts, laser tag, an arcade, café, and so much more, in addition to the classic game of Putt-Putt ® Golf! In 2018, Michael Knight, General Manager, and Michael Edwards, Assistant General Manager, joined the team. As a fifth-generation Fayetteville native, Michael Knight graduated from Terry Sanford, earning his B. A . in Communications/Business Marketing from NCSU. Michael has leveraged his local ties within the community, affirming and strengthening Putt-Putt Fun Center's community-driven mission: "Growing up in this community, it's my desire to create a family friendly environment that is safe, clean, and affordable. It's how I felt coming to Putt-Putt as a kid and it is what I will create for my family and your families for years to come. It's been Putt-Putt's mission statement since 1954. It's my honor to continue providing that for our community." Having worked within the Fayetteville community for over 15 years, most recently with Cape Fear Valley Health, Michael Edwards understands what the community needs. His talents in coaching, training, and mentoring his park's team members has created a strong community within the community: "As a management team, we will always need to constantly evolve with the times. Through our leadership we have created a modern family entertainment facility that has something for everyone." By exemplifying Putt-Putt's values, both leaders have created a strong foundation to continue the long tradition of providing an uplifting experience for all in our community!
