Critical Path Solutions LLC (CPS) is a Fayette-
ville-based general contractor organized to
assist businesses with consulting and man-
agement services, as well as construction
needs. Fayetteville natives Delbert Soucier Jr.
and Robert DeGaetano Jr., with 30 plus years
of construction estimating and management
experience, are backed by countless projects
completed on time and on budget. With a strong
background in industrial, commercial and resi-
dential building sectors, their team is committed

CPS will supervise and manage contractors
and laborers at construction sites. We will
meet with architects, specialized trade
employees, and engineers on projects
or upcoming builds. We will address
emergencies, work delays, or other problems
that may affect the construction project.
