Cream butter, marga- rine and sugar well. Sift flour, salt, baking pow- der and cocoa together. Add 5 eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla last. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a greased then dusted with cocoa in a Bundt pan. BANANA PUDDING Jane King 3 small pkgs. LAYERED PEA SALAD Arlene Barrett 2 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. celery, chopped 1 large Spanish onion, sliced 1 c. sliced water chestnuts 1 No. 2 can early peas, drained 1 c. mayonnaise Sugar Parmesan cheese Put the above in layers. Spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate sev- eral hours before serving. Mix together before serv- ing.
