That an adoption proceeding was fi led in the Family Court of Greenville County on August 31, 2020, and in this Complaint, you are alleged to be the father of a Caucasian/Hispanic female child born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, on February 8, 2008. 2. That the Plaintiffs in the above captioned Notice are not named for the purpose of confi dentiality; however, the Court knows the true identity of the Plaintiffs and in responding to this notice, you are required to use the caption and the number 2020-DR-23-2870. 3. Code Ann. Section 63-9-310. 6. That Complaint also states that you have not paid child support for the benefi t of the minor child for a period of six months or more, and that you have had no contact with the minor child for a period of six months or more and therefore your Parental Rights in regards to the minor child should be terminated pursuant to S.C.
