Strawberr y Shortcake Cheesecake
Above, the authentic flan is made from an old family recipe. The
dessert comes in a choice of vanilla or coconut.
Below, on the sampler platter, horizontal from left, clock wise:
empanada, tamale, nachos, fried sweet plantains, and a pupusa,
which is a flatbread stuffed with cheese. In the middle of the platter
are mild and spicy sauces and cabbage slaw.
