Boldness During Unusual
Recruitment Process
T
he 2020 formal recruitment was an experience none of us had
expected, but the outcome made all the hard work worth it. The
recruitment process shifted to being completely virtual and was held
over Zoom. This meant many long hours learning the technology to
provide the best experience for both our members and potential new
members. All the time put in paid off when 66 new members ran home
to Ride or Tri, our biker-themed bid day in August.
These new members showed bravery when they decided to go through
this adapted recruitment process. They showed boldness when they
talked with our new members and shared their stories with us. They
showed kindness to each other when they all met at their new home.
We could not be more proud of these new members, and we are
confident that they will exemplify steadfast love and friendship for a
lifetime!
