you eat, by color,
each day. Can you
eat at least one in
each of the five
colors every day?
Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables that are brightly colored is an easy way to get
the mix of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that you need from your food. Pick
foods that are brightly colored inside and out. Here are some examples of foods that
make up the food rainbow!
