• Baking on parchment paper makes sure that your cookies don't stick to your pan—it also makes cleanup easy. Just make sure you use parchment and not wax paper, as the wax paper will melt. • If you do a lot of baking, it's good to have 3 or 4 cookie sheets, so as you bake one sheet, you can get another one ready to go. • Using a cookie scoop helps you make equally sized cookies so that they bake evenly, and also helps you get them onto the baking sheet without a mess. • All good chefs learn to change recipes to suit their taste. If a recipe calls for nutmeg, you could also try substituting another spice like cinnamon in the same amount. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Place butter in 13 x 9 inch pan and melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter. 3. Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly over bottom of pan. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over crumbs. Pour condensed milk over nuts. Sprinkle coconut over condensed milk. 4. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes.
