ambda Chi Alpha at Oklahoma State
represents a lifetime of true brotherhood.
More than ever, we need to ensure we're doing
everything we can to recruit and maintain the
best and brightest that Oklahoma State has to
offer. In the spring of 2019, we took a hard
look at the type of young men we wanted, and
it forced us to make some tough decisions. At
that time, we committed to significantly raising
the standard of men we recruit. That decision
impacted our overall numbers last year, but I'm
happy to report that this fall we signed a 42-
man class—the largest and most accomplished
in the history of our Chapter.
Last year, I asked that each of you try to
identify prospective members who were well-
rounded, academically talented students ready
to grow, serve, and lead. We ultimately signed
12 of the men suggested from alumni. Thank
you for your support!
We now have the best Chapter House on
campus; we need to ensure we have a
membership to match.
