My name is Chad and I'm the owner of A-Belle Design Build. My passion for residential home building
started as early as a summer job of working at the local lumber yard. I then decided to enroll at the
University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Construction Management. During the program I worked for G & S Builders. After 4 years with them
I was hired by Finley and Company and helped complete a 90 unit patio home development. I then
moved to NW Arkansas and have built numerous homes for myself and for investors. I'm a licensed
contractor with a total of 19 years experience and a substantial amount of training and schooling in
the construction field. I've built over 400 homes in Arkansas.
I currently reside in Bentonville with my wife, Stephanie Bruick Hayes (a Texarkana Arkansas native),
our daughter Adalyn Belle whom we welcomed into our lives in September 2011, and our son Christopher
River whom we welcomed into our lives in February 2015.
This Modern Farmhouse built by A-Belle Design Build is located in
Bentonville, AR just west of XNA. It sits on 11 acres with a beautiful
entrance along with shop, pool and pool house. This Modern Farmhouse
is a 4260 sqft two-story home. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, office and
large bonus room. The floor plan features open living room, kitchen and
dining with tall ceilings. The kitchen
includes a very large island that's open
to a spacious living room. The kitchen
also includes high end finishes and
appliances. Kitchen and dining are decorated with full ship lap walls
and ceilings. The spacious owner's suite offers tall ceilings with beams

and living space perfect for entertaining.
