Those qualities originated with Rufus "Pop" Felton, a veteran painter with over 40 years experience who inspired his family to follow in his footsteps. "As a child and through my teenage years, my brother and I would work for him in the summer," Reginald Felton said. "He taught me to be diligent, professional and a man of integrity. Those were important principles that I have passed down to my sons." Reginald and his wife Natascha are the owners of Color Sense, and their youngest son Raevon is a crew member. Pops Felton is a supervisor. "We're a Christian business, and I attribute the success that we're having to God," Reginald Felton said. "I have more wisdom through my father, the support of my wife and zeal through my son. Fayetteville has been good to me and my company. I have been fortunate to meet some wonderful people who have embraced us." "In a world that has been tested in recent months," he said, "I believe that cities like Fayetteville will get us through it."
