On behalf of our 120 team members, we want to officially welcome you to the
new Embers Credit Union. We now have eight branches, a dedicated call
center, and state-of-the-art technology to serve our 30,000 members. Our
entire team is working diligently to ensure your transition to Embers is as
seamless as possible.
While the merger was legally completed in May, the operational merger will be
complete on September 19, 2020. At that time, your DCCU accounts will
transfer to Embers. Prior to that date, you will receive replacement ATM or
debit cards connected to your new Embers account. Please follow the
instructions provided with that mailing to ensure you have uninterrupted
access to your accounts.

regarding your new accounts with Embers. We encourage you to read through
