Since we are not open for your shop- ping, please call and ask for what you would like or need. Personalized shopper service! We have been busy catching up with al- most all the spring donations we had received. You know we always have lots of cool items. With a phone call or text, I will respond to your request. We can do a single person transaction on our front porch I also have items listed on Facebook Marketplace and our Salvation Army Thrift Store PAGE. How about a large popcorn machine, oversize ladies' bike, sewing machine, etc.? If there is something you are needing, please call and if we have it, I can do a curbside exact cash sale. Give it a try It has been fun being able to provide this service. Nice to see some of our regu- lar shoppers and meet some new folks, too. A reminder that if I have a piece of furniture is out front, it is NOT FOR THE TAKING! Our Just for You! Summertime Fun Activity Pack program is continu- ing for our Quartzsite kiddos. Please call for over the phone application. I will put reading and activity books, school supplies, reading buddies, snacks in a backpack for you to come and pick up. A very simple process, compliments of the Quartzsite Salvation Army. Divisional Headquarters in Phoenix has notifi ed me that we will not be reopening in July but possibly sometime in August. There will be changes with acceptance of donations and shopping procedures as well. Details as they become available will be posted on Facebook Chatter and our Salvation Army Thrift Store Group and Page sites. I understand your disappointment and appreciate your understanding. Donations will be a different procedure when we do reopen. May you begin each day with a smile on your face, love I your heart and happiness within your soul.
