Subscribe at careercollegecentral.com 6 Dear Readers, When we started this year, we had an optimistic vision for a fresh start and a new year of student success. As the country—and the world—continues to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects, we have worked hard to ensure schools can continue serving students. While the restrictions from statewide stay-at-home orders, local regulations, physical distancing standards, and isolation protocols have created plenty of obstacles, the career college industry has adapted to a new era of distance education. At Career College Central and the Imagine America Foundation, we have been honored to provide informational support for our member institutions, our network of counselors and workforce development boards, and our students. We share some of those with you in this edition of the magazine—and encourage you to follow our blog, our community e-newsletters, and our podcast (Imagine America Radio, which is now streaming everywhere you listen!) for ongoing resources. LETTER FROM THE PUBLISHER Robert "Bob" Martin In this edition of CCC, we continue celebrating our partner schools with a look at the great work that Advanced Technology Institute and Automotive Training Center are doing on their campuses and the hands-on training and support they provide their students. We have also included an important look at new trends for careers in the mechanical sciences field, a new installation of our student mental health series, some thoughts on what we might expect from a post-COVID-19 higher ed industry, and more. In the meantime, don't forget to follow our blog, join our email newsletter, and subscribe to our podcast so you'll be sure to see all the latest resources from CCC and IAF! You can also download our mobile app (available for free in both the Apple and Android app stores) to help you stay up to date wherever you are. We are glad to be your partner, during these difficult times and always. Please stay safe! Sincerely, Bob Martin Publisher, Career College Central
