W
e have chapters not meeting our standards and undergraduate brothers
that deserve better. Our needs are great and cannot wait. It is critical we
move forward on a Local Chapter Excellence Initiative. In doing so, we need
the assistance and input from a highly select group of alumni like you. These
alumni have the knowledge and wherewithal to provide major leadership to
this project. The future of Alpha Gamma Rho requires boldness in addressing
the Fraternity's immediate needs. This plan not only satisfies those needs
but builds upon current strengths in order to continue Making Better Men
committed to a life of excellence.
Remember those ways in which ΑΓΡ has enriched your life through the
guidance of those who preceded you. We have a responsibility to invest in our
young men to ensure they grow through their chapter. Through that local focus
and growth our Fraternity, we will be the premier home away from home for our
nation's agriculturally focused men. Alpha Gamma Rho is uniquely positioned
for success, and, with your support, our young men will grow as leaders to
encounter the challenges of today, tomorrow, and beyond.
