These new members have already made a mark on campus by joining SGA, Greek Ambassadors, Panhellenic, and other campus organizations. They also greatly contributed to The Fifth Quarter Initiative. This is our philanthropic event where our members salvage and distribute leftover food from home sporting events. In the span of seven years, we have provided over 100,000 meals for the Tuscaloosa area. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve the Tuscaloosa community through this initiative. Our chapter members have excelled in scholarship, campus involvement, philanthropy, and service over this past semester. ΑΓΔ achieved the top overall GPA within the Alabama Panhellenic community with a 3.67 GPA, and 122 of our members were named to the President's List, an honor for maintaining a 4.0 GPA in the fall 2019 semester. Psi Chapter held our annual week of service this February with various service events throughout the week. We hosted Rise Against Hunger, a food packaging event, where we packaged over 10,000 meals. Our members also made blankets for children at Children's Hospital of Alabama and volunteered their time at the West Alabama Food Bank. Additionally, we donated to the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter. We ended the week with our second Fifth Quarter 5K and Silent Auction, where we raised over $15,000. Our members have excelled in terms of campus relations. Parker Grogan '18, Victoria Morrison '18, Camryn Shields '18, and Katie Green '17 are involved in Capstone Men and Women. Several of our members were inducted into various honors societies during UA's Honors Day Tapping on the Mound. Ava Ringhoffer '17, Kendall Davenport '17, Mykala Fowler '18, and Katie Green '17 were tapped into Mortar Board. Katie Green '17 was inducted into the XXXI Women's Honor Society. Julia Stewart '19 was recognized as the University of Alabama's Most Outstanding Freshman. Numerous members were also tapped into Blue Key and Omicron Delta Kappa. Furthermore, our former President and Homecoming Queen Olivia Rush '16 was named the Most Outstanding Greek Female of the Year.
