Swancoat '12 Our contractor, Motivado Group, is fantastic and implementing distancing and safety precautions with their crews, including daily temperature checks, hand washing stations, and disinfecting workplaces. We are grateful to the design team and the Motivado crews for outstanding work on our new home. Check out our Facebook page for more photos and updates! Despite these difficult times, the Honoring Our Legacy, Securing Our Future campaign has proceeded and our fundraising efforts hit an important milestone earlier this year when we surpassed $4.3 million raised. ank you to all the brothers who continue to make pledge payments, new pledges and donations during this uncertain time. We still need the support of our alumni brothers, who are the backbone of our fraternity. Our permanent donor plaque will be unveiled at our grand opening this summer. If you would like to see your name included, be sure to make your $5,000 pledge and first payment by July 31. We know the house will be beautiful aer this project, ensuring a home for future generations of Pikes. I know that times are tough, and this is not the first thing on anyone's mind, but if you would like to be a part of the campaign, you can return a gi using the enclosed pledge card or contribute online at www.texaspike.com. Just as I started this letter, I would like to close it by wishing the best to everyone. To brothers who are serving on the frontline in this battle— doctors, nurses, EMTs—I want to say thank you. I know that although times are bleak now, our brotherhood has been tested and it is as strong as ever, if not stronger. If there is anything I or the rest of the Beta Mu Building Corp. can do, please do not hesitate to reach out.
