Rules: • Table Settings must be put into place on August 1st between 9:00 and 5:00. • Each exhibit must have a theme (birthday, holiday, football party, etc.) and a suitable menu. Menu and theme should be written or typed and placed with the table setting (frame, etc). • All items to be used for table setting and arrangements are to be brought and set up at one time. Lightweight items should be taped down. • Participants will be provided a 24" x 24" table space for each setting. Only one place setting will be allowed on each table. Participants are required to furnish their own tablecloths as well as all other items: placemats, china, flatware, glassware, etc. (paper products may be used as appropriate). • Participants will be the ONLY persons allowed in the table setting area. • All exhibits will be placed in a roped off area. However, the fair association cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to property.
