Exhibits accepted Saturday, August 1, 2020 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exception: Food Preparation accepted Monday, August 3 8:00 until 10 a.m. Exhibits should be picked up on Sunday, August 9 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Department 9: 4-H Members and All Other Youth Ages 5-19 General Rules and Regulations for Department 9 • All Exhibits will be governed by the Benton County Fair General Rules, unless otherwise stated. • Youth entries will also be accepted in the following departments: Agronomy/ Horticulture, Floral, and Fine Arts. Youth items cannot be entered in any of the Adult Home Arts Divisions. • Youth Ages 5-8 can only enter items listed in the Cloverbud Division, Agronomy/Hort, Floral and Fine Arts. • Items must be registered online at https://bentonar.fairwire.com before noon on July 31. After that date a late fee will be charged. • Only one (1) exhibit may be entered per class. • All articles must have been made and/ or arranged by the 4-H/Youth Exhibitor within the last 12 months. • No articles may be entered in the 4-H /Youth Department that have been previously exhibited in the Benton County Fair or other fairs. • Fair tags will be printed and provided by fair upon check in. • Entries must remain in place throughout the fair until released on Sunday, August 9th starting at 1:00. No premium will be paid to any exhibitor removing their item before release time! • Entries not being picked up at the release time will be held at the fair office for one week after the fair. Fair superintendents and officials will not be responsible for any exhibits not picked up on Sunday. • All Special Awards are subject to change. 48 2020 Benton County Fair
