August 1, 2020 Entry form and fee due: Online by July 22, 2020 2020 BENTON COUNTY PAGEANT Rules • Each contestant must be a legal resident of Benton County. This means you must LIVE in Benton County. Per State Fair rules, going to school in the county does not constitute residency. • Previous winners are not eligible to enter again in the same age division. If you won last year and wish to crown then you must sit out competing in this year's pageant. • Contestants will compete in their respective division, based on their age they day of the pageant (August 1, 2020). • There will not be a rehearsal for the 0 months-11 years pageants. • One Parent or guardian of a 0-3 yr contestant is required to help their child line up behind stage and take them on stage during competition. Failure to comply will result in deduction of points. How to Enter • Entry information is available at www.bentoncountyfairar.org • NEW THIS YEAR, you must register and pay online by JULY 22nd, NO EXCEPTIONS. • Pricing • 0-11 years $25 total ($23 entry fee and $2 processing fee) • 12-13 years $40 total ($38 entry fee and $2 processing fee) • 14-23 years $50 total ($48 entry fee and $2 processing fee) • 35-55 years $40 total ($38 entry fee and $2 processing fee) • TO ENTER ONLINE: • Go to https://bentonar.fairwire.com • If you are entering more than one person online • Select "Quick Group" this way you only have to pay the processing fee one time! • Then select, register and fill in the information. Once to Departments- Choose beauty pageant and select your division. • If you are only entering one person online • Then Select, register and fill in the information. Once to Departments- Choose beauty pageant and select your division. • After you have paid online, please fill out the google form located in "Tips" at the top of the ShoWorks site. • DO NOT MAIL YOUR FORM TO THE FAIRGROUNDS. • Confirmation emails from the Pageant Director will be sent out on July 24, 2020. • DO NOT email the pageant or fair to check on the status of your application. Pageant director will email you if there is an issue with your entry.
