Divisions:
1. Man Made: Man-made items including
still life, architecture, floral arrangements,
etc.
2. Nature: Elements of nature or natural
landscapes including wildlife, plant life,
and natural formations, but may not show
the hand of man.
3. Portrait: Any photo showing a person
or persons in a posed or placed setting.
4. Action: People and animals in action.
Includes sports, children at play, etc.
5. Landscape: May include people,
animals, and buildings and may show the
hand of man.
6. Animals: Photos in which animals are
the dominant feature of the photo.
7. People: Candid photos in which
people that are not posed are the
dominant feature of the photo.
8. Photo Journalism: Any view involving
man or his environment that might be
seen in a newspaper or magazine to
communicate news.
