"Ellie is smart, driven, and crea ve. In the few months we have been working together I already see the talent she can apply to her posi on and a future career," Lindsey shared. Part of being an advisor is planning for the future of the organiza on. For Gamma Phi Beta, Lindsey hopes Sigma maintains its strength and success. "Sigma is filled with intelligent, curious, and talented women right now," she said. Lindsey works in companion animal pharmaceu cal marke ng at an agency based out of Lawrence. She has always followed what interests her, causing her posi ons to evolve just as the consumer trends she follows do. "I find I am driven to human connec ons— understanding the people adver sing is aimed at. I want to know what mo vates them, what keeps them up at night, what problems a brand can solve for them," she said. Lindsey has worked throughout the years on incredible brand campaigns like Hershey, Vanity Fair Lingerie, and Blue Bunny ice cream and was honored to speak at Adver sing Week Europe. family noun fam· i· ly | \ˈfam-lē, ˈfa-mə-\ The basic unit in society tradi onally consis ng of two parents rearing their children. Among Lindsey's accomplishments, she is proudest of her two sons. Aiden (10) and Liam (6) are rambunc ous, smart, and hilarious, she says. "To say they keep me on my toes is an understatement, but I wouldn't change a second of it for the world! I love watching them grow into young men." While spending me with her family, Lindsey enjoys cooking and baking. She is constantly trying new recipes and keeping the fridge stocked, which is no small task with her husband and two boys. She lives in Kansas City and opened Signature Funerals nine years ago as a full-service funeral home. She has been honored to help several Sigmas and their families with arrangements for the passing of loved ones. She and her husband, Russ, have four children and two grandchildren.
