March Annual Art with an Altitude Kite Fest Late March at the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Eureka Springs. Ales & Tails Crawfish Festival Early April in Fayetteville and Bentonville. Fayetteville Springfest Mid April on Dickson Street in Fayetteville. No better way to welcome Spring than with local arts and crafts, annual bed races, pancake breakfast, and activities for kids, parents, and everyone to enjoy. Dogwood Festival Late April in Historic Downtown Siloam Springs. Award- winning festival featuring vintage goods, homemade items, live music and entertainment, arts and crafts, KidZone, 5K run and Bed Races on Broadway. Springtime of Youth Festival Late April. Music festival with a star- studded lineup of musical performances. Artosphere April and May put on by the Walton Arts Center. Art and Nature festival celebrating artists who were inspired by nature and encourage others to live sustainable lives.
