Josh goes to the gym every morning before the rest of his clan is out of bed, and Nicole makes it a point to work 30 minutes of intentional movement into her day. Collectively, the Walcotts have lost 85 pounds. As Josh wrote in a recent chronicle about his personal transformation, "at's the physical weight. e emotional and mental weight is just as incredible as the physical weight."
