Silver Dollar City celebrates a "Diamond
Jubilee 60th Anniversary" in 2020 beginning
with Spring Ride Days (Mar 17-Apr 5)
featuring 40 themed rides & attractions –
including 2 record-breaking roller coasters.
World footprint rides include Time Traveler,
"The Fastest, Steepest & Tallest Spinning
Coaster in the World," and Outlaw Run, a
Guinness World Record-holder for "Steepest
Drop on a Wooden Coaster."
More family-friendly rides can be found
at both Fireman's Landing and The Grand
Exposition, adventure areas designed
specifically for smaller children, such
as spinning swings, towering play
structures, a junior-sized roller coaster
and more.
The all-new Rivertown Smokehouse
will make its debut as the largest
restaurant in the park's history. The
new restaurant is nestled along the
banks of Mystic River Falls, a new
river raft ride set to open early
summer 2020 with the "Tallest
Drop on a Raft Ride in the
Western Hemisphere."
In April, The Festival of
Wonder (Apr 8-26) presents
feats of the most-curious and
most-daring like CirqUnique's
high-flying trapeze act,
fifteen-minute masterpieces
created at PaintJam and
captivating knife juggling.
Fantastical delicacies
are created at Foods of
Wonder, including new
kimchi tacos and Wagyu
beef burgers.
